The National Healthcare Security Administration launched the National Smart Medical Insurance Solution Competition in October 2021, aiming to understand the technology accumulation of the leading technology enterprises in the medical insurance field. The competition is divided into three tracks. iFLYHealth took part in the precise decision-making track. The submitted scheme of “DRG grouping key information supervision based on whole medical records” stood out from 156 teams of 133 well-known enterprises across the country after six months of preliminary, semi-final, and final competitions and won the first place in the precise healthcare decision-making track. It ranked second among all the entries in the three tracks by total points, and was the only DRG AI supervision scheme that entered the final competition and won the award.
