Based on this, iFLYHealth puts forwards the "One Body With Two Wings" Technical Framework. With medical knowledge self-learning as foundation, clinical reasoning and health interaction as two wings, the framework pursues to push forward continuous technology evolution, leading our two main product directions: clinical assistant and health assistant.. Specifically, via medical knowledge self-learning technology, AI can study every textbook, guideline, expert consensus, and case report. Through the research on clinical reasoning technology, we aim to improve doctors' abilities in different scenarios, such as community-level and graded hospitals. Through the research on health interaction technology, we aim to support human-computer interaction in medical scenarios, to achive the abilities in health assistant such as health assessment, screening and inquiry, patient management, and doctor-patient interaction for residents in diverse scenarios.




The key technologies in "One Body With Two Wings" can bring direct value to doctors and patients, and give incremental contribution to hospitals and societies.

For hospitals,our goal is to improve the medical capability of community-level medical institutions, the medical management capability of medical communities, and the training capability of doctors, accurately and balancedly distribute medical resources while effectively implementing the hierarchical medical system and enhancing medical efficiency and equity. In addition, our goal is to assist graded hospitals in building continuous links to patients inside and outside hospotials, achieving effective patient management and health intervention in pre-diagnosis, during-diagnosis, and post-diagnosis processes, and raising the management level of refined diagnosis and treatment.

For societies, our goal is not to replace doctors with AI, but to with AI technologies help them improve capability and efficiency during diagnosis and treatment , and to improve medical capacity for the whole society. Firstly, we aim to enhance the capability of primary care services, to expand and subsidize high-quality medical resources, and to promote the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. Secondly, we aim to improve the health literacy and overall health level of the whole population, to assist in reducing the incidence of diseases and serious illnesses, and enhancing the efficiency of investment in the medical and health field from a global perspective. Thirdly, we aim to assist in making proper use of medical insurance funds, preventing excessive medical treatment, and improving the operational efficiency of medical insurance funds. Lastly, we aim to assist in gathering the complete and dynamic health records of residents, providing data basis to AI services for patients and doctors, and promoting the development of the medical and health industry ecology.
